Meet Coach Jordan
Coach Jordan is a health, breathwork, and mindset coach for athletes. She works with teams and individual athletes on creating and implementing healthy lifestyle habits, perspective shifts, nervous system regulations techniques, and enhancing their present moment awareness to feel and perform their best.
As a competitive D1 athlete, Jordan worked with a sports performance coach who helped her navigate and overcome performance anxiety, time and health mismanagement, and other factors that negatively affected her level of play. This experience was transformational and sparked her passion for helping other athletes achieve their highest potential.
Throughout her growth process, Jordan has developed a deep understanding of the impact that managing one’s emotions, thoughts, and environments can have on performance in both sport and life.
