True performance and confidence is built and nurtured within the athlete’s home environment.

While my coaching focuses on helping athletes strengthen their mind, body, and spirit, I know their greatest support system often begins with you — the parent.

That’s why I offer parental support calls. Together, we’ll create a shared understanding of what your athlete needs to thrive — not just in sport, but in life.

Through 1:1 guidance, communication tools, and mindset/mindfulness education, parents learn how to:

  • Support their athlete’s emotional and physical well-being without added pressure
  • Navigate the ups and downs of competition with calm confidence
  • Build a relationship rooted in trust, growth, encouraging communication, and balanced expectations

When athletes feel supported and truly seen by their parents, their confidence expands and their performance naturally follows.
