Meet Coach Jordan

Coach Jordan Anderson is a holistic health, breathwork, performance and mindset coach for athletes who are ready to reconnect with themselves, move through emotional blocks, and unlock their full potential—from the inside out.

With a unique blend of sports knowledge, nervous system regulation, nutritional insight, and mindfulness-based tools, Coach Jordan empowers competitive athletes and high performing teams to create true harmony between mind, body, and spirit. Her approach is deeply intuitive and science-informed, helping her clients build sustainable habits around nutrition, sleep, confidence, and emotional balance.

As a D1 Volleyball player, Jordan worked with a Sports Performance Coach who helped her navigate and overcome performance anxiety, time and health mismanagement, and any other factors that negatively affected her level of play when left unresolved. This experience was transformational and sparked her passion for helping other athletes achieve their highest potential.

Throughout her growth and researching process – Coach Jordan has developed a deep understanding of the impact that managing one’s emotions, thoughts, and environments can have on performance in both sport and life.

Coach Jordan doesn’t just focus on performance with her teams/ athletes—she helps them reconnect with their true essence through a lifestyle that honors their intuition, energy, and wholeness. Her sessions often feel like a mix of grounded strategy, light-hearted playfulness, and soul-level healing.

When she’s not coaching her athletes, you can find Coach Jordan studying consciousness, music and astrology, practicing yoga, or leading sound bath meditation classes.
