Court Confidence

Individual mindset coaching focuses on enhancing your mental skills and psychological resilience to optimize performance.

Coach Jordan has developed a 12-week mentorship, Court Confidence, in which she integrates the athlete’s unique goals with skills such as self-talk, focus, confidence, reframing, and managing pressure or setbacks.

Through proven techniques like mindfulness, visualization, journaling, and breath control, you’ll learn to cultivate a winning mindset, overcome obstacles, and unlock your full potential on and off the court or field.

You will cultivate and develop these four practices to build inner resources that will help you navigate both life and sport-related challenges.

Journaling

Introduced in Week 1 as reflections on goals, emotions, and progress to build self-awareness.

Visualization

Introduced in Week 1 and developed throughout the mentorship for self-assurance, confidence and mental preparation.

Mindfulness

Introduced in Week 1 and used throughout the mentorship to build focus, calm, and awareness.

Conscious Breathwork

Introduced in Week 2 and gradually deepened in Week 8 for emotional regulation and performance focus.

12-Week “Court Confidence” Coaching Mentorship

Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls

  • (12) 45-60 minute coaching sessions per week.
    • Along with the 1:1 teachings, we’ll focus on topics like goal setting, mental toughness, visualization techniques, and overall performance improvement.
    • Outside of the Mentorship Curriculum – coaching sessions are personalized to the athlete’s needs – whether you want help with mindset, physical training, or how to manage school and sports.

Weekly Focus Goals

  • Post-session written summary of key points and specific goals to focus on that week.
    • This will help keep you on track and make sure you’re progressing toward your goals.

Text Support

  • You’ll have access to Coach Jordan via text throughout the week for any questions or quick advice.
  • Whether you’re struggling with a tough practice or need some motivation before a game, I’m here to help.

Parent Support

  • Monthly 1:1 check-ins with your parent(s) to discuss your progress and any adjustments that need to be made.
  • Parents will also receive weekly updates so they can support you better.
